The high-polymer water-absorbing beads inside the soft cotton fabric hold cool water. As the moisture gradually evaporates, it creates a refreshing cooling effect around your pet’s neck.

How long does the cooling effect last?

It is designed to provide cooling comfort for hours. Actual performance varies with temperature, humidity, airflow, activity and how fully it was soaked. Simply re-soak whenever another cooling boost is needed.

Can I use ordinary tap water?

Yes. Tap water, cool water and ice water can all activate the bandana. Ice water simply provides a colder starting temperature.

Will it drip or leave the fur soaking wet?

After soaking, gently press or wipe away excess surface water. The water-absorbing beads hold cooling moisture inside, helping prevent dripping and soggy fur.

Can it be used again?

Yes. It is designed for repeated use. Re-soak it for 5–10 minutes whenever the cooling effect begins to fade.
